Initial Session

An intake session is a starting point. It's a chance to get to know one another, discuss what's bringing you in to a space like this one, and identify your goals in working together. It's the part of the process to set expectations, lay the foundation, and lean into the exciting momentum to come. These sessions are traditionally longer than future sessions because of the information gathering that occurs.
