Time To THRV
THRV started over a cup of coffee with a friend. The conversation spanned too many topics to count, but the one that stuck was survival mode. We've all felt our own version of it. Many of us have felt helpless in trying to navigate back out of it. KK had the desire not just to simply step out of survival mode, but to help others back to thriving in their own lives. From there, THRV took shape to what it's become today.
About Your Provider
As a former athlete who grew up playing sports in Kentucky, KK developed an early interest in all aspects of performance; not just what happens during competition, but how sport shapes identity, confidence, relationships and life beyond the sidelines.
Today, she works with athletes, teams, and coaches to build practical mental skills that translate to whatever the moment asks for. Her passion is making the process approachable, applicable, and sustainable so that you can navigate the demands of competition and the realities of being human.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with family and friends, staying active, reading, or running after her dog Magnolia. Most recently, she's stepped into one of her favorite roles yet: becoming a mom.
